Sunday breakfast with our generous benefactors, Sal & Maru Danial, Trustees of the Samir D. Gergis Charitable Trust. And then, the Miles of Smiles Team boards the bus for the long, scenic drive to Xela.. . viewing high mountains & breathtaking steep misty valleys along the way.

Meeting & greeting & reuniting & boarding... Cedar Rapids to Dallas, then Guatemala City... ETA 8 p.m.! Tomorrow, the team will arrive in Xela for unpacking & getting set up for surgery screening on Monday. Go Team!
