"I first came to Guatemala in 2005 with a group to search for a Guatemalan partner for Iowa MOST and I have returned for four of the seven missions.  It’s hard to resist being part of an endeavor that so positively affects the life of another in a way I could never do on my own.  The smiles on the faces of the patients and their families are treasures for my memory.  This is a wonderfully satisfying way for a former Spanish teacher to spend retirement". 

Nancy is an integral part of MOST.  She is the behind the scenes women, supporting Gary in ways the rest of us do not know.
